The Process
Get in touch
If our images and approach resonates with you, fill out our contact form and we will set up a consultation call. During this call we will go over the details of the day, your timeline, and get to know each other a bit. We will then send you a proposal with a collection based on your needs. A deposit and signature is required to reserve your date.
Engagement session
The engagement shoot is one of our favorite times. We get the opportunity to know you two and you get a little practice in front of the camera. We set aside about an hour and a half for the shoot so that we have plenty of time for a nice, relaxed session. We can schedule this for anytime before the wedding, but Spring and Fall are favorites. You will receive an online gallery of your images within two weeks of the shoot.
One month to go
It’s getting closer! One month out you will be able to pay your remaining balance for the wedding through your online portal. In addition, I will email you a questionnaire to fill out regarding the details of the day. We’ll then schedule a phone call where we’ll work together to finalize the timeline, family portrait list and any other details.
The wedding day
It’s finally here! All the planning is over and now you get to enjoy your day. My biggest advice is to relax and trust the people around you. The most important thing is that you’re getting married, so focus on that. Focus on each other. And we’ll be there to capture it all.
Image delivery
Now it’s time for the honeymoon! Or if you’re not going away, it’s still the “honeymoon phase.” During this time, we will start going through and editing all your pictures. Within 2 weeks of the wedding you will be able to cozy up together, watch your slideshow and relive your day. You will receive your full gallery within 4 weeks.
Wedding album
If you have a custom album in your collection, we’ll start on the design within the two months following the delivery of your gallery. If you haven’t bought one yet, it’s not too late. Once the design is approved, you will choose your cover options and we’ll send it to print. You can expect to receive your finished album within 5 months of the wedding.

How would you describe your style?
We take a natural and creative approach. Always looking for fleeting moments, beautiful light, and true emotions. We are a part of your day in a way that feels like good friends with a camera. We’ll guide you, helping you to feel comfortable, look your best, and enjoy your day.
Can you help us with a timeline?
Absolutely. Creating a timeline for your wedding day can be a little overwhelming. Where do you start? What time of the day is best for pictures? This is something we talk about on your consultation call and throughout the planning process. We also work closely with your wedding planner and other vendors to coordinate everything.
When will we receive our gallery?
I know, this is like waiting for Christmas morning! You will receive a custom slideshow within 2 weeks and your online gallery of fully edited images within 4 weeks of your wedding.
How many images will we receive?
For a full day wedding, you can expect between 700 and 1000 images. That’s a lot, so we always recommend when you receive your gallery to take your time to look through them, maybe with a glass of wine or your favorite ice cream.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured and would be happy to send a COI to your venue if they request it.
Do you shoot film or digital?
We shoot primarily in digital with 35mm and 120mm film sprinkled in throughout the day to add a fun nostalgic feel. Let us know if you like this look and we’ll shoot some extra for you!
Can you recommend a videographer?
Yes! If you decide to hire a videographer, it is helpful to choose someone whose style of shooting complements ours. A few local videographers that we’ve worked with and love are Cat McCarthy, Amanda Finn, and Brian Schornberg. That being said we are always happy to work with and get to know new videographers.
Do you offer any tangible products?
We always recommend couples to get their images printed in some form. We offer custom wedding albums, prints, gallery boards, save the dates, thank you cards, and more.
What is your pricing?
We like to keep our pricing simple and customizable. We have a few collections and you are always welcome to build your own. Weddings start at 5k. Contact us for a full price list.
