The Process

Book your shoot

There’s a $300 fee to book your shoot. They can be done anywhere within 20 miles of Charlottesville and last at least an hour. We will talk about a location and the look and feel you would like for your shoot.

The shoot

We like to keep it fun and relaxed, aiming to capture you all as you are - personalities and all. We aim to schedule shoots around sunrise or sunset for the best lighting.

Receive your slideshow

Within two weeks of the shoot, you will receive a link to a slideshow preview of your images. Get together, dim the lights, grab some wine, ice cream, etc. and enjoy!

Choose your collection

You will then have a 24 hour window to choose your collection. I’ve listed the 3 options below, they all include a number of digital files and a print credit so you select the option that best suites your needs. Once you choose your collection, you will have access to your full gallery.

Order your prints

After choosing your collection, your online gallery will be up for 6 months for you to view, share, and purchase your products.

The Collections

The fee for the shoot is $300. After the shoot, you will receive an online preview of your images and have a choice of 3 collections to choose from, varying in price. Once you choose your collection, you will have access to your gallery to download pictures and order prints.

CHOOSING YOUR OUTFITS

Your portrait session is meant to be relaxed and enjoyable, but most importantly, it’s meant to document you guys are in this time of your life. We love outfits that truly reflect you. Everyday looks that freeze this time in your life, as you are.

For kids and babies, bring a few options in case they get dirty. Clothes that are not too formal, that they can move around easily and feel like themselves in.
