Engagement Sessions

We love having time with our couples before the wedding. It’s fun and relaxed. A perfect way for us to get to know each other a bit as well a time for you to get accustomed to being photographed together.

Charlottesville Engagement Session Locations

When deciding on the location of your engagement shoot, think about what kind of pictures you’d like. Do you like an city environment? Something more in nature? Or maybe a view is really important to you. We’ve listed some locations around Charlottesville that we love. We’re always open to suggestions. If you have a private property that you really like, or a location that’s meaningful to you, let us know!

A great option if you are alumni and it’s important to you. You’ll get shots that show off the campus, as well as some that are not necessarily recognizable as UVA, for variety.

Your Home

Having part of your engagement session in your home is a really nice way to document this time in your life. It might be your first home together and that’s something you want to remember. We can also pair this with a walk around your neighborhood, or another location around town.
